A month ago nobody would have believed it. My Devils will be playing the Kings for the Stanley Cup.
The two young captains, each only 27 years old, accepted the Clarence S. Campbell Bowl (for winning the Western Conference) and the Prince of Wales Trophy (for winning the Eastern Conference). Of course, consistent with tradition/superstition, neither touched his cup as it was considered a jinx.
* As anyone who watches HBO’s hit series “A Game of Thrones” would know, the title is borrowed from author George R. R. Martin.
But here we are, the two teams least expected to be in this position are playing each other for the ultimate NHL prize. The Kings, a team founded in in 1967, has never won a Stanley Cup and was the bottom seed in the Western Conference. The Devils has won three cups, in 1995, 2000, and 2003, but nobody expected them to play this well in this year’s post season. Having won the Eastern Conference Finals is a great sign for the Devils–each time they won the conference champion, they then went on to win the Stanley Cup.
I can’t tell you how excited I am about the upcoming Stanley Cup Finals! I have no doubt that the battles will be epic, the players will be heroic, and the ice will be lit on fire!
So, let this song of ice and fire BEGIN!

Predatory slowly remind the NFL, they are an elite team of elite QB Joe Flacco. Baltimore burned a 23-16 victory over Brown. Yes, rookie Brandon – Wyden looks decent, to 320 yards. The Ravens defensive answer, they had to. The offensive, Baltimore was proved to be a force, the President may not be able to keep up. If Joe – Flacco is not connected to Torrey Smith or safety barrier Bor, he handed the ball to Ray Rice. Dean stopped crow it?
